This fact meant a change in the denomination of the parameters that measure the energy efficiency of these devices. Thus, the current name is Seasonal Coefficient Of Performance (SCOP) and Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER).
In addition, from that moment on, the information that the labels must include that can be consulted in Annex III of said law was established.
